Before Andflow, Andrea ran ecommerce for one of the largest B2C companies in Chile — a channel doing more than $1M a day, with 54% of total sales happening through digital. Running that meant sitting between the business side and the technical side every single day: the person who had to understand both the P&L and the API, because no one else in the room could do both.
