Glossary
Plain-English definitions of the terms behind Andflow's work — no jargon, just what each one actually means and how it applies to your business.
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) is the practice of structuring content so AI answer engines — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews — can pull a direct answer from your page and cite your business as the source, instead of just linking to it.
Speed-to-lead
Speed-to-lead is how fast a business responds to a new inquiry after it comes in. Research from MIT and InsideSales found that leads contacted within 5 minutes convert far better than those contacted after 30+ minutes — in practice, whoever responds first usually keeps the conversation.
Structured data (schema markup)
Structured data — often called schema markup — is code added to a webpage that explicitly labels what its content means: a service, a review, a FAQ, a business location. It removes the guesswork for search engines and AI systems trying to understand a page.
AI voice agent
An AI voice agent is a phone system that uses AI to answer a call, hold a natural conversation, qualify the caller, and book an appointment or transfer the call — without a human on the line. Andflow deploys AI voice agents so inbound calls get answered immediately, at a fraction of the cost of a dedicated phone rep.
